By purchasing a Wascana Archers membership, you agree to our terms of service. Failure of these terms resulting in safety issues to other shooters or the good standing of our club may result in cancelation of your Wascana Archer’s membership. You must be in good standing with our sport governing body, the Sask Archery Association.
Absolutely NO crossbows, firearms, air rifles, pellet guns allowed. Broadheads are only allowed at the outdoor range at the clearly marked "Broadheads Only" 3D foam targets in the infield practice course.
Your Wascana Archers membership is non-transferable, and only for yourself. Each shooter must have valid membership, or pay the drop-in rate if accompanied by a member ($20 deposited to the lock box in an envelop with the guest's full name and age for insurance purposes).
You are not to share the current membership facility access code with guests/non-members.
Individuals are not to represent or speak on behalf of the Wascana Archers club without express approval from the Executive Board of Directors. Please bring items to our Monthly meetings to discuss for direction, or Contact us for or immediate needs.
At the outdoor practice infield, only shoot from the marked shooting line.
At the outdoor range, ensure the padlock is secured when leaving, and spin the combination to reset the displayed code.
For the safety of other shooters at either of our facilities, no "sky drawing" allowed. No archer shall draw a bow with with their bow hand above the top of their head. Draw on a horizontal plane, or parallel to the ground.
Don't cross the shooting line to retrieve arrows until all archers have completed their round, and bows are set down. For respect to other archers at the line, a "round" is considered 3 arrows.
Each archer shall straddle the shooting line, with one foot on either side of the line.
Don't step off the shooting line if your immediate shooting-lane neighbours are at full draw. You could accidentally bump them or distract them from making their shot.
Never draw your bow from behind the shooting line.
Never nock an arrow until the range is clear, and you are straddling the shooting line.
All youth under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult member when shooting.
Report any damage (accidental or otherwise) to the facilities.
Photos may be taken during our shoots and events for our website. Lets us know if you or your family would rather not be included.

Our Wascana Archer's Club follows the guidance and polices set forth in our organization’s constitution.
As a Wascana Archers’ member, you must also adhere to the policies and code of conduct for our governing sport associations
